Good Food and Drink...
The menu is varied, catering for all with excellent daily specials. The Clachan prides itself in using local produce as much as possible including our local Organic Lamb [http://www.scottishorganiclamb.com] Garroch Pheasant and our very special local Venison. The bar is well stocked offering a wide selection of beers and whiskies. An extensive wine list is also available.
The menu includes favourites such as freshly caught Glencree Salmon, the very special Fillet of Beef Clachan Inn, a prime Fillet Steak stuffed with local henderson Haggis and soaked with a Bladnoch Whisky Sauce. All our steaks are cooked to your preference and are always sourced locally. A wide range of other dishes always on offer includes fresh fish, pasta, mediterranean and eastern dishes and the very popular specials board.
The Inn is very busy for food and we advise anyone joining us makes reservations for the duration of thier stay, especially weekends.
For those looking for a lighter meal a selection of bar snacks are always available. We also offer an extensive vegetarian selection. We're also happy to cater for children and provide the usual favourities.
